"房间干净 服务态度很好 早餐也很不错 非常喜欢一楼大厅工一面墙的绘画 以及庭院 可以称为我最喜欢的酒店之一 ❤️"

"I wish I stayed longer at this hotel! So clean and can fit way more people then accepted, fits like 8-10 people although we were three! It was clean, there’s laundry, great amenities!"

"We loved our stay here, everything was so clean and the staff were so helpful. We had many questions and they were very helpful and helped us forward our luggage to the next city. The breakfast was amazing, I looked forward to it every day. Having the Refa brand products and blow dryer was a huge plus as I have wanted to try them, and i was able to purchase a few hairbrushes at the hotel to my surprise. The room is small but I knew that and the dimensions were listed online. With that said it...

"Very clean, small, hotel. Friendly staff and usefull amenities."

"Hotel wise, we got upgraded and had an amazing view. Room was very clean, soaking in the tub with provided bath salts each night was very needed after days of 16k steps and the bed was ginormous and comfortable. Location wise, we loved the convenience to the station and restaurants. Staff was very nice!"

"Very convenient location, just about couple minutes walk from Asakusa line subway station and cross the intersection will be JR station. Of course every staff are friendly and polite alway smiling to greet you or help you! Room is clean and roomy, also with washer/dryer/detergent inside the unit was a plus!! Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choices and very fresh and delicious. Me and my husband enjoyed this stay very much! Highly recommended ."

"Clean and spacious room staff very attentive"

"Very well located at walking distance from the train station. Clean rooms and excellent staff. Great breakfast"

"The room itself is very nice, clean, pretty spacious considering in japan that they only have limited space here. But I have my complains. It gets very loud specially in the morning. Lots of construction going around the building. The front entrance where you get to the elevators, the hallway to get to the room, I hate to say this but the stench of the carpet is by far the worst smell I have ever endured."

"I think they do have updated rooms, I just wasn’t in one. It felt like the room was nice… 30 years ago. I was also told I had free breakfast at check-in but then told I didn’t when I tried to get it. Further, when I tried to get my free drink at the rooftop bar, they gave me a very small menu, our treatment was degraded, and they didn’t even offer us peanuts or water even though they did for everyone else around us. I would not recommend this hotel unless I was coming for work, which seems to be...

"I really liked my stay here. Everything was clean and the staff was very nice. The only downside was the only had 2 washing machines that were never available. So we had to go to a coin laundry."
