"I stayed at the CitizenM Amstel property in June 2025 for 2 nights. The room was larger than other hotel rooms I’ve experienced in Amsterdam. The air conditioner worked tremendously well which I find rare for Europe. The room was VERY clean (I’m very picky about cleanliness) and VERY quiet (I had a room overlooking the garden). "First, the staff were amazing, so welcoming and efficient. One thing I did notice is the bartender in the Oriole restaurant didn’t have a swamper to help restock glasses and fill up ice. She was very busy but still gracious."

"Really enjoyed our 6 night stay. Hotel is about 15-20 min walk from Central Station. Really liked the location and the quirkiness of the hotel. Very friendly and welcoming vibe. Rooms are a good size, very clean. Nice bar and restaurant. Would definitely stay again. "
