"Friendly staff very accommodating. Great location convenient to public transportation. Comfortable stay. Self serve laundry facility only had 2 sets of washer/dryers, no detergents dispensers available (must bring own). Always fully used, since hotel also house government sponsored long-term stay families with children (like public housing). "

The water went cold about 5 minutes into the shower and no matter how much I played with the temperature, it was ice cold. The keycard stopped working twice, had to get reception to fix it. "Room was very clean, beds very comfortable. Bath products were from Antipodes and smell incredible. The Hotel allowed us an earlier check in as we arrived on a mid morning train, which was much appreciated. "
