"チェックイン時に、1人一泊5ユーロで見晴らしの良い部屋に変更可能と言われましたが、お断りしました。結局、部屋は12階で（ホテル自体は19階まであります）、フロントの女性は「どちらにしても、このお部屋は見晴らしがいいです！楽しんでね」と。見晴らしが良いのに、更にお金を取って上の階にさせようとしたのかと、ちょっと不信感を持ちました。 さらに、チェックイン時、プレペイメントとして、宿泊税の他に2泊で80ユーロほど余分に取られました。デポジットかと思っていたので、チェックアウト時に聞いてみると、朝食代との事。朝食は食べていませんでしたので、食べてない事を伝えて確認してもらうと、間違いだったとの事。 危うく80ユーロも余分に取られそうになりました。 20年ほど前にも宿泊した事があり、部屋や眺めは良かったですが、スタッフの対応には不信感を覚えました。"

"Good views, nice spacious apartment location suited us well. Reception helpful, email queries were responded to promptly. But... Kitchen had dishwashing liquid etc but no plug for sink. Lovely wine glasses, no bottle opener. Little things can be annoying. No left luggage facility at all. They said their would be someone in reception area 11.30am to 4pm every day where we could leave bags but we never saw anyone at all in 3 days."

"Das Zimmer war sehr spartanisch ausgestattet, im Bad gab es keine Ablagen, das Waschbecken war klein und die Dusche lief aus. Die Reinigung war sehr oberflächlich. Am letzten Morgen wurde wir von einem Feueralarm geweckt, der von niemandem kommentiert wurde, offenbar hatte jemand im Nebenzimmer geraucht. Alles in allem ist das eher ein Wohnheim als ein Hotel. Der Preis ist gerechtfertigt."

"The total experience was amazing, very quiete , clean and safe. The only thing for the management to do is to have the access codes sent in English language. I enjoyed my business trip and stay in the hotel."
