It will be easy to find "Beachfront Bliss" in this 1 bed/1 bath oceanfront condo. Enjoy your morning coffee with a sunrise and the sound of the waves off the oceanfront balcony. The beach is ready for you to find your spot for the day. Or take a break from the waves and enjoy a dip in the community pool!  With bunk beds available in the hall alcove, its the perfect fit for your family to enjoy an adventure to Topsail. If you are looking for your beach vacation full of bliss, look no further

Location:

Your beach condo is located approximately 1.2 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island, puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.

Additional Property Information:

The Surf Condo swimming pool opens Memorial Day weekend and closes on Columbus Day weekend (dates subject to change).
Gate/laundry/pool keycard required with a credit card on file.
Please note that Surf Condo units only provide parking for 2 vehicles.
Boats, trailers, jet skis, etc. are not allowed on the condo premises.
Smoke Free - No smoking allowed by anyone on the premises.
No Pets - No pets allowed by tenants on the premises.

Trip Preparation:

Rental homes with Ward Realty all have minimum standards to make your stay be as close to home away from home as possible. All of our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, iron/ironing board and much more! See below for a helpful list of what to bring with you to your rental. Please note that this condo does not come with sheets or towels. You may bring your own or rent them through Ward Realty.

The Sound of Waves

Literally steps to the beach and ocean. View of ocean from living area. You are staying in a strip of condos on an island of condos. Clean beautiful beach. Many restaurants. Housekeeping was not keen on floor cleaning, particularly around the edges of behind furniture. Flying from Colorado it would have been helpful to know up front that you needed to supply your own sheets and towels. This should have been stated at the beginning of the reservation process and in the initial write up of your ad.

Pretty condo and amazing view

This condo is beautiful and the view is unbeatable. Our extended family had a total of six condos across the property and everyone felt ours was the prettiest. It felt adequately clean but we did have to clean out the tub drain when we arrived. Bring on the first floor, people moving around above us and going up and down the steps was very loud. It wasn’t a problem except when it happened late at night. If you don’t mind the noise, we highly recommend it!

Beautiful unit, great ocean view and location

The unit is beautifully decorated, so clean and bigger than I expected. The front row view of the ocean is perfect and it is located close to shops and restaurants. I look forward to my next visit!

Definitely beachfront bliss!!

We LOVED our stay! Our condo was great and we will definitely be staying at this condo again! Condo is updated, clean and the view was amazing - right on the beach! Can't wait for our next trip to Surf Condos! Happy vacationers!!

Beautiful view with a few idiosyncrasies

Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay at Beachfront Bliss. The view is outstanding, and the condo is appointed nicely. The deck is a bit smaller than it appears in the photos, but since it was just the two of us that wasn't a big deal. There are a few idiosyncrasies to note, however. If you're trying to take a hot shower, the best you're going to get is lukewarm, and the water pressure is not the best. The thermostat seems to be possessed with a mind of its own, sometimes. We were given a passcode to the condo's personal wifi, but when we got there we found that we only had access to a guest wifi that we assumed was being shared by other renters on the property because it was constantly throttled. We both had work to do while there and the wifi speed sometimes made that difficult. Because of the wifi connection, we could not get the TV in the bedroom to connect to any streaming services. We tripped a breaker once, seemingly by using the microwave and the toaster at the same time. For families bringing children you should know that the bunk beds are right next to the front door and visible from the living room/kitchen area. They are definitely not hidden away by any means. We didn't mind this since it was just the two of us, but it's worth noting.

Great view, noisy neighbors.

Loved the condo. Updated, clean, comfy, great view. The only drawback was that we could hear every step taken by the people and dog in the unit above. We went early spring hoping for a quiet week but were disappointed. Enjoyed everything else and used music to drown out steps.
