"Het personeel is vriendelijk. Het hotel ziet er redelijk goed uit. Leuk dat er ook een restaurant en bar aanwezig was. Alleen wij hadden de kamer voor personen, een appartementje met keuken. Deze is echt gedateerd en niet fris om te verblijven. Voor 1 nacht was het te doen. Maar meubilair moet wcht vervangen worden. De bekleding van de eetstoelen was gescheurd. Bak en feautuils ingezakt. Vloer heeft vlekken, bank heeft vlekken, eettafel was vies. Dw afstandsbediening van tv was kapot, de...

"Das Frühstück war toll, wir waren super zufrieden mit allem. Das Bett war besonders bequem. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen! "

Bathroom lighting was not bright, for the makeup girlies. They did not have conditioner or lotion. They had shampoo and body wash. Bath water was very hot, tub was super comfy. "

"Het communiceren met het personeel middels het hologram is verschrikkelijk. Ik begrijp niet zo goed waarom er niet op gezette tijden een fysiek persoon op een fysieke locatie aanwezig kan zijn. Het personeel was overigens vriendelijk en welwillend. Er was ook een fout gemaakt bij het opmaken van de bedden (te weinig). Dat werd rechtgezet. De kamer (driepersoons-) was verder prima."

The hotel also let you pack a lunch from the breakfast layout, which helped a lot with saving money when visiting Efteling as well as when traveling the next day. The choices at breakfast were so good! The room was quiet and we had everything we needed. We slept well and we were grateful for such a nice place to come back to after the 2 very long days. "Great location, close to shopping, nice cycling trails nearby, convenient small scale shops and eateries next to hotel."

"We arrived later than planned but one of the team stayed to ensure we could check in which was great. Room was super clean; lovely to have access to cutlery for our late night takeaway dinner; such a luxury to have underfloor heating in the bathroom, and breakfast was simple but just what we needed to set us up for the day. Will be back next time and make sure we get some time organised in the spa on site!"

"The staff helped me with a issue I had in my room quickly, the TV was giving sound but no picture. The room was very nice! The only suggestion I have is bring earplugs if you are noise sensitive and on the entry floor, room 1 or 2, because people check in there and stand and talk while waiting for the elevator. It is perfect if you are coming by public transport, and it's not a far walk to the city center. I would do it again!"
