"great place to come back to and relax after enjoying NYC, the 126 bus to nyc is a 3 min walk from the place and its also a great, safe neighborhood to enjoy good food and a stoll. The Hudson river is about a 10 min walk with great views of NYC skyline. Total recommend its nice, safe and clean apartment and AJ was awesome and very responsive. "

"Very old building with an unpleasant smell in the hallways and in the apartment itself. We've booked it for a 10-day stay, in which the owner did not change the bed linen, and at our request we received towels that were brought directly from the store (not washed). The apartment is offered for 6 to a maximum of 8 people, and objectively it is comfortable for a maximum of 4-5 people."

"Easy, peasy! We had a great time and were very comfortable here. The neighborhood was walkable and had everything we needed. Also, walkable from the Path train. In my experience, city apartments can often have poor shower pressure and/or poor draining but not this place, it was great! The Brita water pitcher was also very appreciated. Would definitely recommend and stay again."

"Comfy beds, great location walking distance to everything. Host answered any questions promptly. Didn’t cook but kitchen area looked nice."

"We loved this location and the blinds on this level were very much appreciated. We hope to return sometime soon and will request this floor as the other rentals above us did not appear to have any blinds. The rental had everything we needed and more! Very clean and close to Hoboken Path station to take you into NYC. "

"I’ve been to NYC before but never stayed outside of the city. This location was perfect-away from the hustle and bustle from the city but easy enough to get there every day for sightseeing. But also, it’s one block away from Washington St in Hoboken. Make sure you spend time walking down. The unit itself served its purpose. "We loved this place! Sigh and JayR were amazing hosts. The property was just perfect. So clean. Kitchen had everything you could imagine and would need. Big washing machine and dryer. Living space was brilliant. TVs in every room too, not that we used them. The location is great too. Felt very safe and nice high street not far away with shops and restaurants. Also really not far from Hoboken water front, which has the most amazing views of the city. You can get the 87 bus there from just outside...
