"The hotel was absolutely wonderful! It’s a 1 minute walk from the exit of the Paddington Station. We were able to slightly hear and feel the movements of the train because of the close proximity but it was very very faint and personally a bit soothing. Staff was extremely kind and helpful with any questions we had. The area is great, safe, and surrounded by delicious restaurants, pubs, and gift shops. Highly recommend staying in Paddington and this hotel."

"I had a great stay at Point A Canary Wharf in London. The location is excellent just steps away from the Tube, which made getting around the city incredibly easy and convenient. It’s also in a nice, modern area with plenty of shops and places to eat nearby.
The hotel itself is a good, affordable option. The rooms are compact but clean and comfortable, perfect if you’re mainly out exploring during the day. The common areas are on the smaller side, so it’s not really a place to hang out for long...

"Sauberes Zimmer am Anfang, geputzt wird nicht. Bei Handtüchern und Klopapier wird gespart, aber auf Anfrage bekommt man alles.
Personal sehr nett, es ist immer jemand vor Ort. Im März gab es noch eine Rezeption, jetzt gibt es nur noch Self-checken.
Lage ist einwandfrei!"

However this is an old hotel, most of the lifts are out of service for my entire trip (8 days), and I was even trapped in the lift for few mins.
Besides, the housekeeper is impolite and he felt annoyed when my husband requested for the wrong item. "

"Really well situated for central London, especially around the Covent Garden area. Not far from Holborn station for access to the Central and Picadilly lines and a short walk to Tottenham Court Road for Central, Elizabeth and Northern lines.
Well advertised that the rooms are small. I just wish that there was more shelf space in the room as I struggled for space to unpack the clothes I'd taken for a 3 night stay."

This hotel was recommended to me, and it absolutely lived up to expectations. I was able to check in early and even received a free upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. Great location and smooth experience highly recommend!"

"Super service. I was initially given a room with no WIFI as there was a fault. I also discovered the room had no phone signal. As an Autistic, solo traveller this was extremely problematic. However, the WONDERFUL staff immediately apologised, upgraded me (at no charge) to a room with full connectivity and also gave me some free bar tokens as a further apology. "Location was great right by Paddington train station. I really liked the property. My room was on the small side, but I was really only there to sleep so that is all I needed. The only negative I have is the staircases up to my room. I did not mind have to climb the stairs, but some of them were very narrow and it was a bit difficult navigating them with my suitcase when I arrived and when I checked out. "

"The room was insanely small. We knew this going in but it was very different to experience it in person. It was very clean, recently updated, nice view of trees, good neighborhood, and the WiFi was great. But you had to have a phone for your key and had to have location on in Google which felt like an invasion of privacy. It would be ok for one person but not for a couple. There was a coffee maker in the room but it honestly just took up much needed space and the coffee wasn’t even labeled...
