Overall this was a wonderful stay. The property manager was responsive to communication when needed, the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, and the house was spacious, and set in a wooded neighborhood. There is a lower deck with a hot tub. And added value was access to the community pool and pickleball courts. Thanks to Cabin Rentals of Helen for a great stay and for the open communication when needed.

The Golden Ridge Lodge was absolutely everything we hoped it would be. We brought our family of 12; kids and spouses and 4 grandchildren for a 10 day family summer vacation and from the moment we drove up the mountain we felt like it was going to be a great vacation. The mountain up to the house was a beautiful easy drive. The house was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The master suite was absolutely gorgeous. Having three levels in the house was great for all the different families. We brought 2 gates for the stairs for our youngest granddaughter who was 18 months. We utilized everything the house offered; pool table, ping pong table, corn hole, jacuzzi and fire pit. The bar room upstairs was our “night cap” room. Each night after an evening of playing a family game, the adults gathered and enjoyed time together. This house truly had everything we needed for the perfect family vacation. The property management was always quick to answer any questions we had and responded when we had any issues. The power went out in most of the city while we were there because of a storm and the they kept us informed on the timing of its return the whole time. The garbage disposable wasn’t working and they came and replaced it that day. We asked for garbage pickup twice and they came the same day. Being close to downtown Helen was really nice. Betty’s Country store was so convenient to get to and always had what we needed. We could not have asked for anything more.

A great weekend getaway!

My family met in Helen, GA for a family weekend getaway. Golden Ridge Lodge was the perfect house for us. Our family of 10 had plenty of room. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. There were also plenty of places to sit in the house, as well as outside. My family enjoyed the games that were provided as well as the hot tub and fire pit.

Great property and location.

Our group consisted of 9 adults, and we loved the cabin and the location. The home is beautiful and we enjoyed the games provided and the deck. The beds were comfortable and so was the furniture. We only stayed for the weekend, but could have easily stayed longer.
