"We stayed for one night prior to cruise departure. The staff were helpful, friendly. All room and amenities spaces were clean and neat. When we thought that we'd left something behind, all email responses were quick and helpful. The hotel was within walking distance to food, activities, and the cruise ship pier."

"The room was large and very well designed with modern amenities. Especially impressed with auto lights that come on in the night below bed and guides to washroom. Nice shower. Super large picture window. Very quiet. Restaurants are amazingly good. Dinner and breakfast. Wow!"

"Il y a un abri pour laisser les vélos. Les environs sont parfaits pour une marche à pied tranquille, malgré que le château était fermé. Il y a beaucoup de portes d’accès pour la réception de l’hôtel, l’emplacement des chambres aurait avantage à être mieux indiqué à partir de l’accueil. J’aurais pensé que le décor aurait été plus « château », c’était plutôt moderne…dans l’ensemble nous avons été satisfait. Tranquille à 2km du centre historique de Leyden. "Ce que j’ai aimé: La propreté de l’hôtel car c’est encore neuf. Le système de machine à café hors de la chambre disponible pour les clients avec du vrai café. Le petit déjeuner est correct aussi Ce que j’ai moins bien aimé : L’accueil impersonnel, la réception n’était pas très accueillante."

"Great free shuttle to the airport. The only negative is there isn't any place to eat or walk around to see. Their restaurant is the only place to eat unless you want McDonalds. I know this is out of their control but think people should be aware if they are staying there. Outside of that, the place was clean and the people very nice."

"This hotel is a nice airport hotel. It is conveniently located with a free shuttle that runs every half hour from the hotel and the airport. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was excellent. We would stay here again."

"We had a group of 3 so the room we booked was perfect. The room was plenty spacious and clean. Wish there was more lighting in the room but there was a mini kitchen space, microwave, fridge and kettle. The heating system worked fine. The shuttle to and from the hotel was great for a layover. (Free to hotel but small fee to return to airport, you buy passes at front desk). There is also a free water machine on first floor to fill up your water bottles. We did not purchase breakfast so...

"Freundlicher Empfang und Check in, der allerdings lange dauert. Sehr großer, kostenpflichtiger, Parkplatz. Mehrtagestickets gibt's an der Rezeption. So muss man nicht vor jeder Ausfahrt separat bezahlen. Das Ambiente des Schiffs ist klasse. Man fühlt sich in der Zeit zurück versetzt. Der Blick auf Rotterdamm von der großen Terrasse ist toll. Enttäuschend für mich war die Kabine. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal auf dem Schiff. Obwohl wir die selbe Kategorie gebucht haben wirkte das Zimmer 2 Klassen...

"Comfortable clean room. Wish I’d booked 2 nights! Enjoyed the free entry to the bird park next door. The lady who checked me in was excellent and helped me plan my journey to Zegerplas the following morning (arranged bicycle rent). The restaurant staff were excellent and the food was great. The check-out team were very patient when I checked out a little late, then left something in the room."

"Plain room. Carpets definitely need to be steam cleaned. Very minimal amenities. Good for an overnight waiting on a flight, but would not recommend for a lengthy stay. The highlight was that the breakfast had a great assortment of foods and beverages."
