"My stay was pretty good aside from being put under an entire family with kids running around from sun up to sun down. Management was always helpful, specifically the overnight manager we had over the weekend. He was great and very attentive with no complaints. Housekeeping could've been a little nicer. Asking them for towels was lile asking for world secrets. Some got major attitude when asked about a few towels."

"Nice comfortable place. Very good breakfast and hot tub. The only thing is the door to the stairs slams hard and is loud."

"When booking my two rooms I was looking for a pool to entertain three children to my surprise and having to pay an additional $300 for a deposit on top of the $900 I paid for two days was crazy to find out there was no pool for the money I sent I could have went to somewhere a lot nicer. The rooms also stated they where King suites they were not just regular hotel rooms that they are overcharging for. Very disappointed in this stay"

"We had a family emergency and had to get a room last minute. We booked our room on Expedia. We arrived shortly after 11 pm. Noone was on site to check us in. Over a house phone we were told they didn't have a two-bed room and they transferred us to another location about 15-20 minutes away. When we got there we talked to somone on the house phone who let us in but had no knowledge of the transfer. He eventually gave us a room and left a note for the day staff."

"Sometimes my opinion of a place depends on the quality of breakfast, and if it was free. Breakfast wasn't free, and it was just okay. Not the fault of the hotel, but I should have been able to walk to the Convention Center, but due to construction all routes were blocked, which required getting an Uber, since I had no car. The staff was pleasant, the room was clean. Really a fine place. I'd stay there again."

"When the conditioner was turned on dirt/dust fell out all over the area near it. We asked the next morning to have it vacuumed up and when we got back it wasn’t done. When the front desk was called to get it done he came up right away."

"This hotel is absolutely spotless and incredibly well-maintained. There's a large shopping mall nearby, and you can easily visit H-Mart to enjoy a wide variety of international foods and groceries. They also offer complimentary breakfast and coffee. The only downside is that the rooms on the second floor can be quite noisy due to traffic."

"The location of this hotel is very convenient. My stay was okay. My room had two small beds, I believe they were doubles. The fitted sheets didnt pull over the entire mattress. The beds were uncomfortable. There was also some hair in the shower before we used it and the bathroom floor was dirty (which we didn't notice until we moved the drying mat). Overall the staff was nice and welcoming. The room was okay."

"The location was great, but, there were baby roaches in the bathroom so that was disappointing. I suppose its to be expected with many people coming and going, so just be careful with bags and belongings."

"The lobby looks nice, but the room was dirty. It looked like it’s not maintained or clean. Saw a lot of spiderwebs in one of the rooms. It smell like cigarettes not the best experience the staff was OK but the rooms were poor."
