"Staff"

"We had a family emergency and had to get a room last minute. We booked our room on Expedia. We arrived shortly after 11 pm. Noone was on site to check us in. Over a house phone we were told they didn't have a two-bed room and they transferred us to another location about 15-20 minutes away. When we got there we talked to somone on the house phone who let us in but had no knowledge of the transfer. He eventually gave us a room and left a note for the day staff."

"Decent stay, higher than average Motel 6 - suburb of Chicago area, very safe, walking distance to a few restaurants and stores."

"This hotel is absolutely spotless and incredibly well-maintained. There's a large shopping mall nearby, and you can easily visit H-Mart to enjoy a wide variety of international foods and groceries. They also offer complimentary breakfast and coffee. The only downside is that the rooms on the second floor can be quite noisy due to traffic."

"Nice comfortable place. Very good breakfast and hot tub. The only thing is the door to the stairs slams hard and is loud."

"The Staff was helpful. Our TV wasn't working when we first checked in and the came right away to fix it. However our room phone wasn't working and they couldn't figure that out, so we had no room phone for our entire stay."

"Bed was comfy. Staff were a mixed bag, often absent from front desk and rather clueless about the area. Breakfast was good, regular free fare, but fresh coffee available 24/7 on the lobby. Maintenance was needed. Our room had cracked and peeling paint, with an area where it was just plain missing. Hot water was available during morning hours, not so much in the evening. I don't think we'll be staying at another Wingate."

"Sometimes my opinion of a place depends on the quality of breakfast, and if it was free. Breakfast wasn't free, and it was just okay. Not the fault of the hotel, but I should have been able to walk to the Convention Center, but due to construction all routes were blocked, which required getting an Uber, since I had no car. The staff was pleasant, the room was clean. Really a fine place. I'd stay there again."

"When the conditioner was turned on dirt/dust fell out all over the area near it. We asked the next morning to have it vacuumed up and when we got back it wasn’t done. When the front desk was called to get it done he came up right away."

"The location of this hotel is very convenient. My stay was okay. My room had two small beds, I believe they were doubles. The fitted sheets didnt pull over the entire mattress. The beds were uncomfortable. There was also some hair in the shower before we used it and the bathroom floor was dirty (which we didn't notice until we moved the drying mat). Overall the staff was nice and welcoming. The room was okay."

"The worst of the worst. Internet never worked. All night with nothing. Staff incompetent!! People outside your door all night walking and talking. I could go on and on but I'll leave it here."
