"Was concerned after reading the trip advisor reviews about this hotel, which I found after the booking. No cancellation policy meant we were stuck here. To my pleasant surprise when we checked in the rooms were clean and spacious. Mattresses were a bit cheapy so can feel the springs, they should've bought them from Gables Beds as those mattresses are super compfy. We had 3 rooms and no complaints from any of the 6 guests."

"I love this hotel, this is my third stay, first time with the family. The hotel overall is gorgeous in beautiful surroundings. The restaurant was lovely as was the food and the cocktails and the service was impeccable. The room was a family room and was huge! No falling over each other loads of space, plus an added touch the fan was already running when we got there as it was a warm day, thank you. Tiny issue with team doors banging in the morning (not unreasonable time but nonetheless) but this...

"I would like to save. We had a lovely anniversary. We can get away here and it was very pleasant. Great food and a even greater host the lady rose. Was. So helpful an a lovely person made us feel so welcome and looked after. Lovely bed and room no complaints."

"The Hotel is in a lovely location, right next to the River Thames. The Staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The Room was lovely and clean with a great view of the River We stayed at the Hotel for two nights and had Dinner both nights. The Food was really nice and again, service was good. If I was being picky, it would’ve been nice to have had some complimentary Bottled Water in the Room on arrival. I would certainly stay here again and plan to do so in a few months time."
