The front desk was amazing and the highlight of the trip was our server Fukiku I had a medical emergency and the manager checked in on me, gave me a referral and made sure I was ok. Like I was visiting family. Will be back!!!!"

"The location is perfect for walking and bus access anywhere oin Kyoto. The street is quiet, beautifully paved, with a canal and trees on one side, and the beautiful river walks on the other. It was the prettiest neighborhood we saw in Kyoto and we traveled all over! Kitchen is well equipped and staff highly responsive to whatever is needed, The rooms are large and quiet, the beds amazing, and super helpful desk staff 12 hrs per day.
