"We loved staying here! There are 2 houses on the property, the main house with multiple units, and the house we stayed in that was completely separate and had 3 bedrooms. There was a common courtyard area with multiple seating areas and it has an artistic vibe. At night the lighting in the courtyard is beautiful. "Great location and set up. Booked to stay with my team for a conference, and we were only a short walk from the show. The only note would be the street noise that you should take into consideration if you're a light sleeper. The noise is not a ding on the owners since it's out of their control, and they provide sound machines in the rooms, which were a huge help. "

"Everything about the experience and the space itself was exactly as sold. And this is the perfect little nook, between the Quarter and Garden District. You can walk to all sorts of great NOLA sights. And the WWII Museum is a must-do, and only 10 mins on foot.Also, the customer service for this listing was fantastic. "Highly recommend this place and property management company. Everything was spot on with what we expected and perfect for what we were in town for. The rooms were clean, beautiful, and appeared to be newly renovated. Unfortunately the weather didn't treat us quite as good while we were in with a cold front, however, even though it got colder than expected, we still made it work. Would absolutely stay again. Thanks for everything!"

"We traveled down for the French Quarter Festival. Management was ahead in communication and made the check in super easy. The location is perfect, and near the city center. We loved the coziness of the room, beds slept great and loved the brick and modern yet nostalgic feel. Genesis was SUPER responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit New Orleans and can’t WAIT to visit and stay here again."
