"We were fortunate to be able to stay in the Upper Moose Caboose and loved it for so many reasons. The actual train car was not only quite unique, but had all the creature comforts including satellite tv and full kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the view from the large deck, kitchen and bedroom was breathtaking. The location was close to town and not far from Bishops beach and the Spit. "Just outside of Homer, the cottage was reasonably priced, and perfect for the four of us. Very clean, and nice and quiet at night. Good communication with the owner, who was very responsive. We will definitely be back again !!!"

"This was a lovely property. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The view of the bay was awesome! The hosts were very accommodating and answered all of our questions about things to do in the area."

My sons loved having a separate space and we all enjoyed sitting out on the upper deck the first day with ice cream we got from the shop 2 doors down. "A tucked in the hill quiet and quaint location. Pretty much a place above the garage next to the main house that sat empty but we enjoyed using the deck for morning sunshine and a stunning view. "

"Pulled up and the view was amazing!!!! Recommend bringing a hammock. Very clean and the King size bed was very comfortable. Loved the size. Just big enough for the three of us. Loved that we had a moose walk through one night perfect Alaskan experience. Only thing that was a little difficult was that the shower is small but has great water pressure and nice hot water. Overall would come back anytime. "
