    - We sleep 6 comfortably, we do provide a pack-and-play. An additional guest could sleep on the couch, but we don't advertise as a sleeping area.
    - No surcharge for cleaning, all cleaning fees go directly to our local cleaners
    - Inquire about a month-to-month lease in the off-season
    - Dog Friendly! We don't limit size or # of dogs; Simply include dog breed and number with booking so I can prep my cleaners.
    - Keep In mind with us being dog friendly that we may not be the place for you if you have high sensitivities
    - 3 other Cabins are Located on our Lot, 2 of which are rented to Long Term Tenants, BUT it is a large lot with no interactions from other guests.

We had a great stay! The house was perfect for our weekend. The view from our porch was amazing!!! If we go back to Homer we will definitely book again and we will recommend it to anyone we know that may be going to Homer.

We were delighted at how Well Stocked this vacation rental was! The kitchen had everything we needed, from utensils to pantry items. From linens to soap, there is an abundance of comfort items to make this place feel like a Home Away From Home.

This was one of the top two places we’ve stayed at. Very spacious and comfortable. It has everything you need plus two bathrooms which was a bonus. Definitely a home away from home. We loved this place! The view of the water and mountains was breathtaking. We sat on the deck around the fire pit and ate our freshly caught Halibut cooked on the grill. I recommend the local oysters too. It was so relaxing. There was plenty of room for our group of 6 adults. The kitchen was very functional with everything we needed. We wished we had more time to relax and enjoy this beautiful property. There were eagles nesting nearby, ring necked pheasants and we could see harbor seals with the binoculars. So fun.

If cleanliness, comfort, and a fantastic view is a priority during your visit, do yourself a favor and book this property! 1st, the property is impeccably clean. Very new, modern, and high quality. Cleanest property we have stayed in! 2nd, spacious and inviting. As soon as you open the door its welcoming. Our group of 5 all relaxed comfortably and bedrooms had plenty of room for bags. Beds super comfortable! 3rd, the views! The mountain range and bay view is fantastic right off the porch. The photos and details in the listing are very accurate. Host is excellent with communication. Would highly recommend this property and we look forward to a return visit!

Breathtaking views!

The house is spacious with nice accents. Very clean and the views of the glacier, Kachemak Bay, and the spit are absolutely breathtaking! There is a cute grouse family out front that are fun to watch.

Amazing

The house was amazing! It was in a great location, really clean, comfortable and lots of space! There was plenty of things stocked in the house for cooking and beaching! We loved being able to relax on the deck at night with the cozy fire and look at the amazing view! We would definitely recommend this place!

Clean and Comfortable

We ended up extending our stay another day because we enjoyed the rental too much to leave. We loved the outside deck area and view of the ocean. There was extra bedding and towels which we greatly appreciated. We hope to book again in the future.

Awesome Home

What a beautiful place. Clean, well stocked with everything you need. Everything is brand new. First place I stayed in Alaska where the WiFi was excellent. Loved the pillows and mattress. The view is spectacular. Highly recommended this place.

Amazing Views

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay while visiting Homer. This house was very clean, comfortable, had everything we needed, and was easy to check in. The owners checked on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay and that we had what we needed. The house is situated overlooking the bay and beautiful mountains. You can see the spit 5 miles away. It was so nice to see the amazing views from inside the house or sitting on the porch. We did not want to leave this awesome house!
