Experience the charm and beauty of Homer, Alaska with our large townhouse located at the end of the renowned Homer Spit. This beachfront oasis offers the perfect retreat, ensuring a restful stay. Wake up to the soothing sounds of waves crashing on the shore, and enjoy stunning sunsets that paint the sky with vibrant hues right from your doorstep. With its inviting ambiance and breathtaking views you'll feel instantly at home as you immerse yourself in the tranquility of this paradise.

Step inside to discover a tastefully decorated living room, where you can unwind after a day of exploring and soak in the views from the deck with your morning coffee. Relish in the tranquility of the ocean vistas outside your window or catch up on your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. The warmth of the crackling fireplace invites evenings spent sharing stories and creating lasting memories with loved ones. This unit encompasses 3 separate bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

This condo is one of the greatest places to experience the beauty and grandeur of Alaska. Enjoy the oceanfront and beach on the Homer Spit steps away from the door. You will be within walking distance to your charter fishing trip in the harbor, water taxi ride across the bay to hike the glaciers, local fare, shops and additional ocean wildlife and backpacking excursions.

The Spit offers delightful shops, dine at tasty eateries, and peruse art galleries all within a short stroll. Don’t forget to make time to search the tide pools to see if you can find sea stars, jellyfish and other amazing ocean life!

Since you’re located at the end of the Homer Spit, the harbor is easily accessible for your Kachemak Bay outings and adventures. Hop onto your charter boat or wildlife viewing tour from there!

The lower unit is available for bookings and you may reserve the entire townhouse. Inquire for listing ID on your preferred booking platform. Total guest occupancy for entire townhome is 10.

Additional Guest Agreement - Guests are required to review the house rule as well as sign The Arrival Co. Guest Agreement. If you have any questions or concerns about the Guest Agreement please feel free to reach out to us prior to making the reservation.

Video Cameras and Noise Monitoring

Video Surveillance cameras monitor the exterior of our home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. Additionally, we have installed noise monitors in the property to ensure that our guests have a comfortable and peaceful stay. These monitors help us detect any excessive noise levels that may disturb the neighbors, (they do NOT record any conversations, just decibel levels). We want to ensure that everyone has a great experience during their stay with us and that everyone can enjoy a peaceful environment.

These devices are not located in any private spaces such as bathrooms or bedrooms and have been installed for the safety and security of our guests and the property as well as to minimize disturbances to neighbors.
We take your privacy and security seriously, and we want to ensure that you feel safe and comfortable during your stay with us. If you have any concerns or questions about our security measures, please do not hesitate to contact us. We hope you enjoy your stay with us and have a memorable experience.

When booking directly our cancellation policy is as follows:
Fully refundable if guests cancels within 48 hours of booking AND its at least 14 full days prior to check in.
50% refund of accommodation fees and taxes (minus a 4% credit card processing fee), cancellation must be made 7 full days prior to check in time.
If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
Extenuating Circumstances Policy:
When this Policy allows for cancellation, it controls and takes precedence over the reservation’s cancellation policy. Guests that are impacted by an event covered by this Policy can cancel their reservation and receive, depending on the circumstances, a cash refund or credit can be given. If the Host is impacted by an event covered by this Policy they can cancel without adverse consequences, but, depending on the circumstances, their calendars may be blocked for the dates of the cancelled reservation.

What events are covered

This Policy uses the term “Event” to refer to the following situations that occur after booking, are unforeseen at the time of booking, and prevent or legally prohibit completion of the reservation.

Changes to government travel requirements. Unexpected changes to visa or passport requirements imposed by a governmental agency that prevent travel to the destination. This doesn’t include lost or expired travel documents or other personal circumstances relating to a guest’s authorization to travel.

Declared emergencies and epidemics. Government declared local or national emergencies, epidemics, pandemics, and public health emergencies. This does not include diseases that are endemic or commonly associated with an area—for example, malaria in Thailand or dengue fever in Hawaii.

Government travel restrictions. Travel restrictions imposed by a governmental agency that prevent or prohibit traveling to, staying at, or returning from the Listing location. This does not include non-binding travel advisories and similar government guidance.

Military actions and other hostilities. Acts of war, hostilities, invasions, civil war, terrorism, explosions, bombings, rebellions, riots, insurrection, civil disorder, and civil unrest.

Natural disasters. Natural disasters, acts of God, large-scale outages of essential utilities, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis, and other severe and abnormal weather events. This does not include weather or natural conditions that are common enough to be foreseeable in that location—for example, hurricanes occurring during hurricane season in Florida.

What is not covered: Everything else.

We reserve the right to evict any guest or visitor who fails to adhere to our house rules.

Outline below are our House Rules that we ask you to abide by:
- No parties or events allowed.

- Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the property (this includes inside the house), If there is evidence of smoking on the property guests will be subject to an additional fee of $1,000.00 plus actual costs of cleaning and deodorizing the property.

- No pets allowed unless previously agreed upon. Any unauthorized pets will result in an additional fee of $100/night.
: Please ensure that your pet is inside the house during nighttime.
: Guests will be responsible for cleaning up after their pet.
: Please don’t allow your pet onto any furniture.

- No unregistered guests allowed overnight at the property. A maximum of 4 visitors allowed during the day. Any extra overnight visitors must be approved in advance.
: Unauthorized guests will be charged an additional $50 per person, per night. It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure that any visitor also comply with our house rules.

- Please respect check-in and check-out times.
: There will be an additional fee of $100/hour in the event you are not out by the stated check-out time. Late check out may be permitted 24+ hours in advance.

- No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

- Please do not try to flush any sanitary products, baby wipes, or “flushable wipes” down the toilet.

- Children should be supervised at all times at our property by an adult.
: Guests are responsible for the safety of their children at all times.

- In case you misplace a personal belonging, please contact us so that we keep an eye open when we prepare the property for the next guests.

- We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation!

Fun stay on the Homer Spit.

We enjoyed our stay in this nice townhouse. It’s right in the beach and perfect for our group of two couples. Communication was great. The space is nicely appointed. We cooked most of our meals there and found most everything including some basic seasonings onsite. There was one broken deck chair that was left inside the space. At first we were confused but then realized they wanted to be sure we didn’t sit in it. The deck was great too.

Great views and location!

This property was very comfortable for three children and six adults. The location cannot be better; literally on the very end of the homer spit. While the weather did not allow for the best of views, when there were a couple breaks, it was truly spectacular. We enjoyed watching see otters float by end. We would love to be able to take advantage of the fire pit on the beach next time (hopefully no rain!). Check in was easy And when we forgot a bag at checkout a property manager contact us quickly, so we were able to retrieve it. I highly recommend this property for a family or couples getaway.

Excellent location

Our family really enjoyed the location and the accommodations. If you have a large family, make sure to rent the full unit. We did and it was perfect for my wife and I, my parents, and our two teenage kids. The check in was a little delayed understandably because we were out of season. (We are Alaskans and totally get it) Once I connected with the property manager, the communication was prompt, friendly, and clear. We would reserve with them again.

Nice quiet weeek

We stayed mid week - weekend. We did rent the whole condo which I would recommend. I’m not sure how the sound would be downstairs without renting the place and having control of the upstairs area. The kids enjoyed going to the beach and collecting items. We were able to see orcas from the beach during our stay which was super fun! We are life long Alaskans and spend a decent amount of time in Homer during the summer. My sister was in the rv park and we were able to have some quality family time. Looking forward to opportunities renting here in future summers.
