"I love the property, it was very beautiful and clean. The Resturant was amazing, rooms updated and nice and location amazing. Would definitely stay again. The only thing I didn’t like was the mandatory $35.00 per person entertainment fee. I feel it’s something you should know upfront not when you get there. Naquita Brown"

"Breakfast was great though super crowded and hard to find seating. Rooms are tiny (as expected in NYC). Housekeeping was minimal. Rooms were supposed to be freshened every second day, but we only had them come in once. Elevators were a mad house. It took a long time to get into an elevator. "

"Convenient central location. Rooms were clean and taken care of. Also good chance if getting a good room view with the location. Downsides were the beds weren't overly comfortable. And the bathrooms have near zero privacy. Also we weren't able to cast to the tv. Breakfast buffet is great but very busy. Overall good stay."

The location is definitely a plus—there are plenty of food options nearby, and it’s also conveniently close to Bryant Park. "Checking in was quick and staff at the front desk were helpful, although they couldn't tell us what the included continental breakfast included. After check in I had to walk up 17 flights o stairs to my floor because the elevator wasn't working. Stood in the lobby (that was under construction) for an unexaggerated 15 minutes waiting for the elevator. The room itself was extremely clean and appeared to have been recently renovated. The shower had good water pressure even though the drain was...

"Shower in room was horrible. Room was not cleaned. No Lobby Bar…as indicated. Restaurant was not accessible through the hotel. Elevators took forever."

"Excellent staff, the location is superb and the rooftop bar was very nice. The room was somewhat clean- bedding and bathroom, but the wall had something smeared on it- food I hope.. also our TV did not work as it said the “internet connection was weak” so maybe a loose connection? Overall it was good for the location but we will try a different one next time for the $250/night price point. "

Every single person we dealt with was friendly, patient and helpful. They were that way with every guest. It is a very busy hotel with a very small lobby but they never got flustered or frustrated, just kind and friendly employees. Well done folks! "
