"Staff was great and very helpful. Room was nice. In house restaurant was fantastic. Only problem I had was unfortunately my trip was cut short and they wouldn’t refund any money for the two nights I lost. And it’s there slow season so it’s not like they didn’t have time to rebook the room. More than Half the rooms are vacant. "

"The Song Loc Luxury is a beautiful hotel. It seems to be brand new and very nicely decored. We slept in the most comfortable bed and the bathroom was big with a wonderful shower. The hotel is conveniently located, with a huge indoor market right across the street. The breakfast was made to order and delicious. "Ein sehr sauberes Hotel. Sehr bequeme Betten in einem großzügigem Zimmer mit täglicher Zimmerreinigung. Die Mitarbeiter waren jederzeit hilfsbereit, insbesondere der Manager. Das internationale Buffet bezog sich dann doch eher auf die asiatischen Gäste, was aber vollkommen in Ordnung ist. Einziger Kritikpunkt war der nicht nutzbare Pool. Hierzu gab es dann auch unterschiedliche Aussagen seitens des Personals, mal wurde er repariert, mal war keine Saison, dann etwas mit dem Wasser etc. Vielleicht...
