Designed for families, couples, and small groups, San Carlos 908 offers an open, sun-filled layout with floor-to-ceiling windows and soaring 9-ft. ceilings.

The primary bedroom is a sanctuary of comfort, featuring a king bed, direct balcony access, and a private desk for remote work. Pamper yourself in the luxurious spa-style bathroom with double sinks, a jetted tub, and a spacious freestanding shower.

The second bedroom includes a new king bed with an attached full bath, while the living area’s queen sleeper sofa accommodates two more guests—bringing total sleeping capacity to six!

Mix up cocktails at the wet bar, whip up meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and start each morning with coffee on the balcony as you soak in the ocean breeze.

Guests also enjoy access to San Carlos’ incredible amenities, including a zero-entry outdoor pool (perfect for kids!), sauna, and an ocean-view fitness center.

The San Carlos is the BEST location on East Beach, walkable to the Hangout (10 min walk via the beach) restaurants, and public beach where numerous festivals and events are held throughout the year. The boardwalk over the dunes allows quick and easy access to over 100 yards of pristine, white sand beach. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available in front of the building. Parking available for two vehicles (pass must be purchased onsite for $50 per vehicle).

One of the cleanest rentals I've stayed in. The layout was perfect and the views were unbeatable. There were a few things that were missing that renters should be aware of, especially if you have small children. There were no beach toys or beach chairs/umbrella. That's not ideal when you are flying. Most renters are not going to want to purchase all those items and then have to leave them behind. If you wanted chairs on the beach, you had to rent them. They weren't expensive at 40 a day (although it adds up with each day ) but it would be nice to have toys and chairs in the condo to use. Also, make sure you stop at the store on the way because they only provide one roll of paper towels, one trash bag, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Again, not ideal if you are traveling by air. These were all minor things but things that other renters should be aware of. We would definitely rent this condo again.

10/10 property. San Carlos #908 was a very clean, quiet, and well-appointed, comfortable condo. Property and grounds were clean and well-kept. On-site office on third floor was a big help for me. The beach and pool were clean and safe. Located in a convenient, walkable area. I recommend this unit and I would stay there again.

Our stay in this unit was fantastic. The booking was easy and the property manager addressed several questions prior to our trip. The property was exactly as described. While we enjoyed the beautiful interior, the view from the balcony stole the show!

Favorite condo and resort! We’ve been coming to GS for 40 years and this one was perfect!
