The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, ie they are able to help with most queries without having to consult with supervisors or managers. It was a good location to base ourselves and visit the surrounding wineries The staff were professional and friendly and the cleaning staff were very efficient at their job It was great to have our linen changed and our bed made very day and our room given a general tidy up "

"Nicole and her staff were very accommodating and so welcoming. We were in the area for a Wedding and Nicole even suggested a member of her staff drive us to and from the Wedding venue . The Rooms were divine , comfortable , cool (it was a very hot weekend) and everything you need for a couple nights stay in this beautiful area of the Hunter Valley. Highly Recommend "
