"Awesome but... The cabin, location, hosts, booking etc., were all phenomenal, this was our second time staying at this location as we loved it so much the first time. Unfortunately an encounter with a resident at the very end of the road cast a shadow over our stay. My wife and I were out on the water, I was in a single person canoe fishing and she was in her kayak just enjoying the scenery when a male came from his home, got into his motor boat and approached her accosting/accusing her of going...

"We stayed here for our Birthday weekend to go side by siding. 9 adults, we were going to being our dog but decided not to at the last minute. Had we done it, this property was more than prepared! There was a massive crate on site and dog bowls! Love it! But not a dog hair in sight! The views are breathtaking. You can sit on the porch and have your coffee and watch the sunrise over the water and listento the birds. Everything is so clean and there is plenty of room for everyone. Close to town but...

"We woke up to spectacular views of the lake and went to sleep after seeing a sky full of stars. This is a warm, clean cabin with all the necessities of home with the exception of WiFi. While the tv works, I couldn’t get any channels on it, however, this is the type of place where we unplugged and unwound!!! Short backwoods drive to Gulf Hagas for a great hike and 10 minutes to Greenville and Moosehead Lake. Highly recommended!!!"

"I 've been traveling to the Moosehead region since a child, orginally from Maine, stayed at various locations, this one was a true gem. Everything was perfect. Warm and comfortable atmosphere, easy access to main roads and trails, plenty of space to park car, trailer, and suv. All amenities you could hope for, immediate response from Sean when we had a question. Easy lake access and beautiful location."

"This house was better than described in the listing! Clean, beautiful location, amazing view. We had teens, preteens and toddlers. We loved the kayaks, fire pit, and all the board games. We rented a pontoon boat from Boom and Chain rentals one day and played on the lake, it was SO MUCH FUN! I highly recommend this house "

"This cottage was in a very remote place on the lake. We loved the peace and quiet. It was very clean. The chair in the living space was so comfy you could take a nap. The pillows in the bedroom were very flat but bed was comfy. If you like to relax at a quiet place in a nice location. This place is for you. "
