Charming home with direct lake access, close to town

  • Cozy home situated in the southern most cove of Moosehead Lake. Private access to the lake (130ft of direct lake frontage) and near by public beach. Walking distance to the town of Greenville, where you will find plenty of shopping, restaurants and outdoor guide services. The home also has direct access to ATV trails from the road and the snowmobile trail runs across the cove near the home. Private dock and open area near shoreline for lake side lounging, gatherings and evening camp fires. The main section of the home features 2 large bedrooms both containing king size beds, one of which is a Sleep Number. The upstairs area contains a small bedroom with 2 twin beds and an open area with a queen and twin sized bed. A large deck is found on the lake side of the home, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the lake and make use of the BBQ grill provided.

We had a great time, perfect get away house right on the water. The hosts were great and answered any questions I had right away. Very clean house and plenty of room.

Beautiful waterfront home. We enjoyed the covered porches, hammock swings, water access for boating, and location. Close to town, restaurants, and groceries. Slept 3 couples comfortably and we enjoyed the sleep number bed as well! We will definitely return in the future!!!

Great Cabin! We rented it for a long weekend. Plenty of space for everyone. Kid friendly. And only a few minutes from down town. Would highly recommend and will definitely rent it again!

Oh my goodness, my husband and I loved this stay! Even if the weather was poor there are plenty of places to hangout on the porch or down below in the hanging chairs. My husband really enjoyed grilling under the covered porch as well. Having two boats to use was such a plus when the sun did come out. Beds were comfy, clean. Kitchen has all the hardware you may need and more. We would love to stay here again. Moosehead lake is magical!

Great communication from our hosts. It’s a beautiful well kept Lakehouse located in a great spot, close to all of the outdoor activities we were aiming for as well as the in-town food and pubs we were looking for. Had a great time even with the temperature outside being abnormally low the whole weekend.

This was one of the best vacations ever! We loved the view, the vastness of the lake, the charm of the town, and how cute and quaint this place is! It literally checked all the boxes for our family summer vacation, and you can tell that a lot of love was put into this cabin to make it the best place to stay!

A charming home. The interior decor was welcoming with a rustic lake cabin vibe. The kitchen was well stocked. Hosts were quick responding to messages. They left a book on the table that took care of any questions we had. Beautiful view overlooking the lake with easy access for snowmobiles. Overall excellent stay.
