Waterfront Vacation Home on Moosehead Lake

Beautiful views and stunning sunsets year round.

Located in Beaver Cove, only 10 minutes from Greenville, quiet and free from the hustle. Our small community has one of he best beaches and play areas on the lake only a 5 min. walk on a lakeside hiking trail. Great access for the paddler and a canoe is included for free!
Great base location for some fabulous fishing or just relaxing by the water, ATV trail access, Biking, Wildlife watching (moose and Bear) and much more. Greenville has many great shops and restaurants.

This waterfront cottage sits just 75 feet from Moosehead Lake and sleeps 4. Fully stocked kitchen, gas fireplace , Smart TV, FREE WIFI and gorgeous western sunset views. We can help with ATV rentals, canoe & kayak rentals, guided moose tours and more. duuring the winters Ice Fishingis on site in front of the campo, snowmobile parking and access as well as snowshoeing and x/c skiing. Only a 15 minute ride to Big Moose Mountain for snowboarders and skiers! Rentals and guides available for all activities nearby.

Fantastic stay on Moosehead Lake

Stayed 3 days, July 3-5, 2025. Wonderful property, beautiful views of the lake and mountains. Enjoyed kayaking, hiking and swimming at the beach. All the necessities of home. The propane grill was a nice surprise. We highly recommend staying at this property, you'll be glad you did.

Lovely place, perfect for small family get away

We are always in Greenville for Mother’s Day weekend fishing with our teenaged sons. This was perfect for a family of 4. Great workable kitchen, sleeping was comfy, clean place and our hosts were very easy to connect with.

Excellent relaxing retreat

Spent a week at this property, totally relaxing, beautiful views of the lake. Excellent facilities at the property for meals, we cooked and had meals there as well as enjoying the various eateries in Greenville. We will be back.

Quiet late summer stay on the lake

We enjoyed our stay on Moosehead Lake immensely. This cottage provided us with exactly what we wanted, a quiet lakefront community where we could swim and fish. Our dog loves swimming as well and this was was the perfect spot for that. Nearby Greenville had just enough shops and restaurants to give us a little something to do. The house itself had just enough of what we needed to enjoy a comfortable stay.

Beautiful sunset

I would give this property a 5 star rating if I didn’t notice the little things so much. Overall it was a nice getaway from the workweek and the host was absolutely the best. The house was equipped with everything needed and then some. A perfect five stars in that department. The location was exceptional also, again a perfect five stars. The only cons to the place were that there was zero air conditioning and the screen on sliding door seemed to let tiny mosquitoes in so I couldn’t keep it open for a cross breeze. The other con was that I expected it to be immaculately clean due to reading reviews but it wasn’t as clean as I had hoped. There was a container of mouse/rat d-con behind the microwave and I came across a few spiders. I did sweep the floors and washed down the countertops/ kept dishes clean as I used them and put a load into the dishwasher before I checked out. I had hoped to put them away but the dishwasher was not done by the time I left. Overall I would give this property four stars and the host five stars. Thank you Michael for a wonderful experience!

Weekend getaway

I rented this cabin for a 2 night stay for my husband and teenage son. They love Moosehead and had the best time. Even saw a moose! Best early Christmas gift for them. Cabin was clean and cozy. Close to the downtown area. Would definitely recommend!

Great little cabin

We had a wonderful time here. The property was clean and easily accessible. A quick 7-8 minute drive to town. The location is great about 50 feet from the lake. We really enjoyed taking the canoe out exploring the lake. Highly recommended!

A great cabin with amazing lake views!

This cute cabin was a perfect spot for our Moosehead Lake/Greenville/Kokadjo adventures. The views of the lake, especially at sunset, were stellar. Easy drop in for kayaks and canoes directly from the cabin and a great beach 2 mins away. Local groceries and restaurants were about 10 mins away. Good privacy. The cabin was very clean, had everything you needed to feel at home, tons of extra blankets and pillows, and plenty of towels. Michael and Pat were very responsive and helpful hosts. We’d definitely stay again!

Wonderful Sunsets

Beaver Cove is a lovely camp with beautiful water views and a westerly view of the sunsetting. The kitchen was certainly adequate for our needs. Two bedrooms are upstairs, which could be challenging due to the narrow staircase for some. We appreciated the 1/2 bath on the second floor. The neighborhood was quiet for our trip. The beach offers another nice area to explore.
