"The room I was given had one double bed, and two single beds, it is meant to be just right for one bed. There was no space to walk around. The room was extremely hot, with no air conditioning. Also, the window was jammed. There was one fan which couldn't keep the room cool. I felt suffocated all night, unable to sleep duas to the heat. No water 💦 bottle in the room, upon asking, I was told to get water from the bathroom. Not recommended to anyone. Not worth the cost ."

"No door on the bathroom in the bedroom, which wouldn't be a problem if I couldn't see the toilet from the bed. If you'd like privacy when you go to the toilet, this might not be for you. But other than that, the venue is amazing and the staff were incredible"

"On arrival, staff were informative and helpful. Room was extremly small (as expected) but fine for 1 night. Plenty of dust but its because everything is black so even if you have just cleaned, it looks dusty. Drinks and pool area nice, not the cheapest but acceptable. Food in thai was nice and didnt have to wait very long. Room and various areas of the hotel are in need of fixing (cracked mirrors, sinks etc) the property design is so high mai tence its almost impossible to keep this interior...

"The breakfast was worth having and served 6-10 which was ideal. The accommodation was quite noisy being next to a main road with traffic most of the day and early morning. For anyone visiting with children I would take an extension lead as not enough sockets for the gadgets they might have."

"We had an amazing night staying in the deluxe suite and it was spectacular. The room in the accommodations could not have been better. The staff in the bar, restaurant and hotel were all very nice and happy to help in any request that we had. Food restaurant was great and the atmosphere was terrific – definitely check out the Abbey directly across the street."

"Overall an okay stay, our room had a funny smell when we first went in, however we kept being disturbed by door banging in the corridors most of the night as they didn’t have soft closing door hinges on them and the rooms aren’t very sound proof, also not much choice food wise on the menu for anyone who is a fussy eater so had to walk out to find somewhere to eat, also found the hotel quite dark when you walk into reception and not overly appealing, in comparison to other hotels."

"One word - avoid. What ypu see in the description and in reviews is NOT what you get.
The room was facing the main road and the constant, non-stop noise was unbearable.
The breakfast was horrible. £12.50 extra for 1x burnt bacon, uncooked hash brown and a pathetic looking uncooked sausage. Plus a fried egg complete with a hair. The 'chef' needs sone training on how to actually cook food properly. Poor quality, cheap orange juice and bread that hadnt been fresh for a few days.

"New hotel - nice, clean, newly and tastefully decorated, great location in the middle of Henley-on-Thames, not far from the river. Good breakfast and dinner. Very nice external seating area with retractable roof and TVs to watch sport (world cup was on). Other good restaurants, Waitrose and Sainsbury’s Local nearby. Still need to fix some teething problems - coffee pods and machine provided weren’t matched, no air conditioning in the room (we stayed during a heat wave - electric fan kindly...
