"We were shown to our allocated room, the snug. As the pictures show the room was dark with air conditioning . We asked receptionist for WiFi code and informed it is shown on TV. The TV and remote control wouldn't work and we were told there was a problem so we would be upgraded to a different location ..."

"The room was exceptional, just like the pictures. It felt like a luxury getaway and the Escapade team helped with some decorations for our celebrations, which I didn’t expect to happen!
