"Wrote to them asking for early check in around 1pm for 3pm check in, no reply. Not a problem, early check in isn’t a guarantee. Get to the property 10 mins before check in and no one is there, wait around for 30 mins, no one there, no one answering in the app, no one picking up the phone. By 340 called Vrbo who canceled my reservation around 4pm the property called asked if I left, I said I did and booked somewhere else, no apology, no reasoning, just “ok” and hung up. "The cabin was great! Exactly as described and pictured. The kitchen was well stocked with all the basic cooking instruments and utensils. We had a blast and would absolutely come back."

"I have been doing great business with the owner I have as always in the house and this time I was in a very unsafe basement with a bad smell and very uncomfortable bed I beg you don’t go to the basement it’s horrible"

"Lucas's property on Lake Laurel in Lennox was perfect for our familty getaway in the Berkshires. The house layout (4 bedrooms with two on the first floor and two on the second) really suited our needs as we had two adult couples and an infant. It was stocked extremely well which enhanced our visit and experience. The property is situated right off Lake Laurel in a very quiet neighborhood but less than a 10 minute drive to downtown Lennox which has numerous dining and shopping opportunities. ...

"Loved our stay at this beautiful property. The hosts are very nice and helpful. Apartment was very spacious and overlooked the pool and grounds. Incredibly quiet and peaceful, we would love to return!"

"We booked this house as the venue for our wedding, and it was absolutely perfect! Every room was gorgeous, with elegant décor and plenty of space for our guests. Even the bathrooms were stunning, making every part of the home feel special. "This house was the perfect get away house for out family! The place was clean and the kitchen well stocked! We had wonderful large family dinners and enjoyed heading into town for meals and fun too. We had the best hikes with are wonderful dog that we got to include, it was a very special week. Great location and the most peaceful and amazing views from the deck and the dock. Would stay here again for sure! Thank you for sharing your home."
