"It was very inconvenient to get to the hotel because cars couldn’t get there being very narrow with the road. Reception was excellent, the room was very spacious. The shower was weak. The worst was the breakfast was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The hard boiled eggs were cold, taken out of the freezer and 2-3 days old where the yolks were very dark green. Yuck. All the pastries and pound cakes were not fresh and hard. Nothing is fresh and they charge you for the juices. Bad experience....

"Beautiful spot in the top of the hill with a fantastic view. You can walk to have an almost 360 degree view of the Tuscany Valley and smell the great collection of roses. Awesome place organized with very nice selection of furniture and modern amenities. The place and the service are really lovely. "

"Camera adeguata ma bagno piccolo e scomodo. Check in durato 15 minuti perché l’addetto faceva contemporaneamente il cameriere ai tavoli, quindi ci abbandonava temporaneamente senza neanche scusarsi. Tra l’altro ha fatto la foto di tutti i documenti (cosa che secondo me non è legale). Sicuramente rapporto prezzo qualità superiore ai servizi offerto"

"We loved everything about this property. The location was so close to everything on a quiet little street. The bed was the most comfortable of all the places we stayed in Italy. "Beautiful resort. Attentive Staff. Picturesque setting. Good Food. Overall - a great experience. The reason for 3 stars is they charged one couple in our group 80eu PER NIGHT for a pack and play (folding crib) for their infant. Most hotels provide this for free or 5-10Eu. For that price, they could provide a brand new one each night and let them take it home. That's our only complaint, otherwise it was a nice place to stay. "

"The location was amazing. It was very close to all the main sights such as the duomo, museums and the underground tour. There were lots of great restaurants within a few minutes walk. Unfortunately the accommodations were lacking in some basic provisions that we had expected would be provided such as toilet paper, pillow cases for the extra pillows which we required, drying towels for dishes, Also of importance is that to there is not parking spot provided which we understood from the website...
