"Pedals goes above and beyond what you see in the pictures. Everything about this place is exceptional! The craftsmanship and quality is seen and felt throughout the property. Great location on the water in walking distance to restaurants, museums, parks, and to day cruises. I would recommend the cruise club, it's only a short walk from Pedals. "As someone who travels to Japan often, I really enjoyed the location of this Tokyu Stay. It is in a much less touristy part of Tokyo so the train lines are less crowded. It is in a much quieter part of town, but not at all far from the hustle and bustle of major areas like Shibuya and Ikebukuro by train. Overall it was a great area to come back to after a long day. Staff were friendly, attentive, and avaialble if needed. "
