"Wonderful hotel near Shinagawa Station! Highly suggest. This was our first hotel in Japan and was such a perfect landing space. The staff was helpful, the room was well arranged (and roomy), overall facility was perfect for us. AND it was only a short walk to a super busy station, so it was easy to get around! Stay here - splurge on a corner room - start your trip off right like we did! "

"Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at this hotel. It’s quiet and had good amenities around the hotel. Love the supermarket just next door. Room were clean and spacious. Space was a luxury for Tokyo standards. Breakfast could have offered more options for the class of hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. "

"Staff go over and above to be exemplary. The gardens are incredible. Rooms are very clean and nice. The breakfast buffet was top notch."

"Overall a very pleasant experience. The only downside (for non-smokers) is that the microwave is buried deep in the smoking room on 14F, with the fume hits you in the face the moment you open the door... just a warning if you want to re-heat something. Other than that theres the happy hour from 5-7pm with complementary drinks such as red/white wine, sake, whiskey, gin, etc, plus some snacks (it was cheese candy + biscoff cookie during my visit). Would definitely stay here again when im back."

"The room was clean, if you want you room cleaned, you have to be out of the room before 10 and make sure to put the magnets outside the door so they know! You’re right next to Osaki or Ohsaki station very convenient, there is a natural Lawson and a few coffee shops up there! I really enjoyed the hotel, I didn’t go to the gym or pool so I can’t really say much."
