The rooms were brilliant with enough facilities to get you by, while the location puts you in the middle of a restaurant or cafe for any meal you could want. The tube is at the end of the road."

"部屋、水回り共にとてもきれいでした。 滞在中の掃除は入らないですが、掃除機は自由に使えるので長期滞在でも清潔さは保てました。ただ、水回りを掃除できるものがなく、シャワー室の床にピンク汚れが出てきてしまったのでシャワー室を掃除できるものも置いて欲しいと思いました。 ゴミ袋が足りなくなり連絡したらすぐに届けてくれたり、不明な点をメールで連絡してもすぐにレスをくれたり、海外は対応が遅いイメージでしたが日本並みに早かったです。 基本的に不満に思うことはなかったですが、テレビが勝手に付いたり消えたりしたのと、洗濯機が汚かったのは気になりました。 洗濯機に関してはお客さまのためというよりもスタッフが清掃で使ったものなどを洗濯するのを使わせてもらってる、という感じでした。(ちなみに、洗濯洗剤は2回分部屋に置いてありました)"

"客室は余裕ある広さで、フローリングで清潔感もあり、施設も更新されていて快適でした。冷蔵庫あり。コンセントがいっぱいあったのもよかった。どこに出るにも便利なPiccadilly線・ラッセルスクエア駅からすぐで、高級スーパーのウェイトローズ、24時間営業の小型スーパー・テスコ、カフェのプレタ・マンジェなど近くにあり、便利。洗濯のメニューで1枚いくらではなく「4kg」という選択肢があって助かりました。スタッフも親切で、初日、11時すぎくらいに着いたのですがチェックインさせてもらえて、感謝です。よい滞在でした。"

"We spent Christmas eve and Christmas at the Kimpton Fitzroy and have no regrets. Such a classy establishment. Every inch of the facility is dripping in design. You want to spend time there. We had a wonderful time trying out creative cocktails in the bar on Christmas night and enjoyed our chat with the bartender. Everyone there was absolutely lovely. I would recommend it to anyone and I will definitely stay there again."

"From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff were so helpful and accommodating. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but ended up extending our stay for another 2 nights! The rooms were lovely and warm during the cold weather, cleaned every day and mini bar restocked. The continental breakfast was amazing and with endless cups of coffee. Very close to Covent Garden and West End, perfect location and felt safe walking about at night as lovely area. Would definitely stay here...
