"Incredible property. Exactly as pictured. If you’ve ever been on a 5 star African safari this is the Costa Rican equivalent. Only disappointment was our room didn’t have a volcano view as pictured but the room was incredible nonetheless and the main dining and pool area had a great view of the volcano. "

"We loved this spot! Our room was ready a little early. Everything was great. We loved the outdoor tub. The king bed was comfy. This room did provide toilettes. They has a med kit, lady products and anything else you could need. I wish we could have stayed another night. "

"This was our second stay at the Hotel Mountain Paradise, and it was just as good as we remembered! The two-bedroom villa is spacious and a great way to relax for a family of 5. We loved the plunge pool and views and enjoyed breakfast. Great location, close to town and a lot of the activities we wanted to try. It was much busier the second time round and while the main pool is lovely and warm, more chairs are needed. When we tried to visit all chairs were occupied and we had to leave our towel...

"Beautiful hotel. The hot springs were awesome! These were the only hot springs we visited in the area. I had two kids (13 and 16) and they loved all the pools and water slides. Yes, the water slides are fast but if you go down the correct way it's fine. I would recommend this place for families with kids. "Far from the noise, right by the Arenal volcano, the view is WOW! loved my stay here They also have a farm with cows, chickens and horses. I got the chance to watch them milk the cows and try to do it myself. The food is so fresh and delicious authentic costa rican! They have american breakfast option too. The rooms were clean, no bugs issue. "

"Thoroughly enjoyed this resort, our home for 6 days. Not pretentious, truly authentic beauty. All staff were not only accommodating, but felt like friends, Joaquin, Luis, Jorge, Fernando, Leah and Justin, to name a few.
