"When booking this stay it said it was within walking distance of Niagara on the Lake …. It IS NOT within walking distance however Lift and Uber were VERY reasonable . Hotel staff including breakfast were exceptional . Room and location cozy and quiet , relaxing . Close to Outlet Mall and Gretzky s Phenomenal Winery and Distillery . "

"We love the Kent Motel; every room is unique and eclectic and the croissants and coffee in the bake shop downstairs to die for! Quiet neighborhood, but convenient to the Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake, with great restaurants and historic sites very nearby. This is our favorite place to stay in the area, and we say that as frequent visitors to Niagara who have tried a significant number of accommodations in the area!"

"Buildings are nice and secure, needing your room key to get into the building. Room was very nice and was like a small studio apartment. Also offered a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options."

"Family stay was not very great but fine for the $. A guy was smoking in pathway so it’s yucky, no heater inbuilt in the room but when asked they gave portable heaters and also table fan so it’s fine. Bathroom doesn’t have built in exhaust fan working condition. When I reported they act as they’re not aware. Car parking was very easy and flexible enough to extend for until 4 PM so Thank you for the same and well appreciated."

"Flower baskets were nice. Wallpaper in the room was peeling and looked a bit bad but otherwise the room was clean and comfortable. Friendly front desk and they accommodated 1st Floor and let us check in1/2 hour early. "

"Overall nice hotel - I like the rooms. Small bathrooms but new & modern. Parking is expensive $45+ tax. They charge a mandatory fee of $25 which makes no sense. "

"Fun place"

"Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were welcoming and nice upon arrival and every time we walked back in. Breakfast was ok. Would have been nice with a fee more options. Like ham or bacon instead of sausage. Hotel is in a good location. Only a few blocks from Clifton Hill and all the fun to be had heading down to the Falls but in a quiet spot. Second time in a year staying here so we like it. "

"Like: - area - close to clifton and fallsview waterpark - included breakfast - pool hours until 10pm was nice Dislike: - rotten smell on the 3rd floor corridors and by elevator. - cleanliness in the room especially washroom. - damaged toilet. Wont flush properly. Had to hold it harder and longer to be flushed properly Over all nice place to go with family however updates/renos are surely needed in some areas. "
