"We were in town for college graduation with extended family. The guest house was perfect for the older parents who wanted to retire earlier and not stay up all night talking with the rest of us. It was super clean and right behind the main house so they didn’t feel left out. How do I recommend. "

"My family and I were very impressed with the house and the area of the property. Enjoyed the reading material.The area was quiet and peaceful.My suggestions : 1) Add a coffee maker,2) maybe 2 televisions ( master bedroom and one of the other bedrooms)3) blinds in the living room an issue."

"We stayed at the cabin for my son's wedding. The house was cool! Loved the uniqueness of the cabin room. Very cozy and our adult children loved it. We used the pool table, and the back porch was nice to sit out on. The front living room was comfortable. The rooms were great, beds and pillows very comfortable. The location was close to everything yet felt private. Surrounding neighborhood was quiet. I would stay here again! "

"I have stayed at Karen's properties many times in my frequent travels to Greensboro, and anticipate many more times to come in the future. The apartment was spotless, very well equipped, had a lovely snack & coffee station, and was perfectly welcoming. I keep coming back to this as the perfect location, easy access to everything downtown but quieter than other spots I have tried. Karen is consistently a friendly and responsive host; one of the best I've encountered. I highly recommend booking...

"This was the perfect spot for a solo traveler. It was convenient to downtown and very quiet neighborhood! "

"Clean, spacious, quiet neighborhood, responsive hosts. What more could you ask for?This was the perfect house to host our annual leadership retreat. Each of our small team had his own bed and bathroom, which was nice at the end of the day, but we also had our choice of neat places inside and outside the house for group workshops.We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this location if you need group accommodations. "
