It was above dingy, and just clean enough to be Ok; but needed a fresh coat of paint, a good hard vacuuming around the baseboards, and a carpet cleaning. "Fairfield Inn was great but when checking in they told me Expedia had overcharged me by $75. Got in touch with Expedia and they gave me a bunch of BS as to why they overcharged and would not refund me."

"The staff were pleasant and welcoming. The hotel room we were given was clean and comfortable. Our reason for 4 stars is because the room needed some cosmetic work and had a couple of minor issues I believed should have not been present. That said, we tell that improvements had been made in the room and the atmosphere was nice. All in all, our stay was good. "

"There is plenty of parking all around the hotel as well as the office and there was plenty of room with a large desk and chair work area. The room was very clean and neat with plenty of towels. Rooms are nicely decorated, sheets were clean and bed was made nicely. The staff is exceptional especially at checkin.Front desk on duty was so accommodating and kind and went above and beyond .They might want to add possibly one cart with wheels for transporting luggage to and from rooms.
