The staff at the reception were nice and welcoming, and explained the details of getting in at night, including the codes, perfectly well. "The check in was super easy and the location of the flat was perfect. We had a little trouble jiggling the door to unlock but after a few outings we got the hang of it. We had everything we needed! We felt like we were at home, when we wanted to go see the sites they were only a few minutes away and when just wanted to stay in we walked to a local grocery store and made ourselves some breakfast and coffee with a wonderful view throughout the flat. "The James Suite hotel is an absolute gem. The newly renovated rooms are perfectly appointed, clean and comfortable. The hotel amenities were top notch. The complementary morning breakfast was wonderful, and the cocktail bar served exceptional cocktails. The staff is friendly, warm and attentive and the overall service was impeccable.
