"Stunning property with exceptional staff. The room was very large, well lit, had multiple reading and sitting areas, and was beautifully decorated. The area was quiet while being very centrally located. Lots of shopping, museums, dining options, and scenic walking paths nearby. We will stay here again when we return!"

"One of the best places we stayed in Italy. It was super clean. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are spacious. They have a beautiful garden. Check-in and check-out is a breeze. They have luggage storage. We were able to do our laundry. It is within walking distance from the train station (about 20-30inites). Within walking district from all the major tourisr spots. Really enjoyed our stay. "

"The top floor terrace faces the Duomo and Santa Croce, giving a spectacular view of the city lit up at night. The food was very good -- some fun, unique menu items. The staff was friendly & helpful. The only reason the couple of areas that I gave fours were that the room was on the small side, and there was some construction going on along the river -- not the hotel's fault, obviously -- that blocked the view of the river and made the area just in front look a bit industrial. "Great location in the Piazza di Santa Croce. Nice view from living room. Very walkable to many things in Florence. We were met for Check in which went smooth. We rented this place at the last minute because the VRBO we booked several months prior ghosted us and never sent check in instructions.
