"I cannot say enough about this hotel...it is one of my best memories of Florence. From the beautiful garden/terrace to the wonderful staff it was amazing. Location is a bit out of the busy touristy area but close enough to walk to see many things. We loved to join fellow guests in the garden for wine in the evening or good coffee in the morning ( self serve coffee 24 hours which I loved as we are early risers). "Gorgeous room and unique place to stay. Lovely breakfast served by the welcoming staff and nothing is too much trouble. Only downside was we found it very noisy and not at all sound proofed. If you are a light sleeper take you ear plugs as Florence never stops! "

No lotion or tissues in bathroom and if you need anything, reception is only available until 8pm except for emergencies- we needed an iron because ours broke and would have been charged if we called after 8pm for a non-emergency- would definitely stay again."
