"This was our first time visiting Venice, and we quickly learned that you cannot drive a car into the city. We arrived late at night and had to ask around before we were lucky enough to find a place to park. "The hotel staff was very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and access to public transit was convenient. Our only disappointment was there is no chair in the room, so the only place to sit was on the bed. Still highly recommend the hotel."

"Great location on a canal very close to St. Mark’s Square and ferry stops, but no hotel sign due to historical property legislation so hard to find with only a doormat inside with hotel name and since it is a very small hotel with 14 rooms, employees in the area can’t give directions. "The appartement is very comfortable for a family with 2 kids and well localized. Our stay was good overall. They were only 2 things that bother us a bit : it's a bit dark inside the flat and the water pressure should be controlled : during our shower, they weren't not lots of water and we had randomly cold / hot water. "The location is great - in a nice peaceful neighborhood away from the crowds. The vaporetto is very convenient. The room was good and the public areas are nicely decorated. The breakfast was plentiful but not good quality. I'd rather have reduced choice. The orange juice tasted like cordial / squash!"

"The location and accommodation itself were excellent. Close to everything while in a quieter zone. Accomodation was large and well laid out and the kitchen was an asset for breakfasts. Staff accommodated an earlier check in for us which was much appreciated after an overnight flight,"

"The property was in a perfectly located for us! It was a short walk from the Arsenale vaporetto stop and only a bit further to Piazza San Marco. Located away from the crowds, we were able to enjoy great restaurants and the fantastic views of the water easily. The room was lovely with a comfortable bed. There were no outlets near the bed, and as I sleep with a cpap, the staff were very accommodating when we asked to borrow an extension cord. Only downside was that the shower in our room was very...
