"We had a wonderful stay at Honeyrose Hotel Montreal! The rooms are beautifully appointed, clean, and comfortable, with an excellent central location. What truly stood out was the outstanding staff — always friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful with every request. Special thanks to the kind team member who quickly assisted my daughter after she accidentally dropped her necklace down the sink; their patience and professionalism turned a stressful moment into a positive one. Highly recommend!"

"Great hotel and suites large suite room with all the amenities, comfortable beds, concierge staff very helpful and pleasant all spoke English. Maid service was great clean towels when needed. If I return to Montreal will stay at Square Phillipe again. Very close to train station old Montreal and St Catherine's St."

"Excellent property in a fantastic location. Staff are helpful and professional. Our room was clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds. Don't miss the rooftop which includes a spacious gym, steam, steam and outdoor jacuzzi with beautiful outdoor seating, lots of places to relax. This area is full of charming cafes and restaurants, short walk to the port. Highly recommended."

"We had 3 rooms, and 2 out of 3 rooms did not get the paper notice in our room for fire alarm testing, nor were we inform of such test ~9 am in the morning in one of the day during check-in. Cleaning was missed in one of our room for a day. When we told the front desk of the missed cleaning, we were just told the staff for cleaning were done for the day already."

"The staff at Auberge de Vieux Porte went out of their way to be courteous and helpful , this included the front desk and the two restaurants. The size of this hotel is very warm and welcoming. The location of the hotel was perfect."

"So the coffee is unlimited, even in the middle of the night if you really want. We deeply enjoyed that little luxury and the room itself was lovely. The street/area is quite lively and busy with quite resonant bass music throughout the weekend late night and beyond. If you are a lively person and enjoy that thing then great. If not, you might ask for a room off the street or find a quieter area. Overall we loved it, and would happily stay again."
