The staff was mostly nice besides one rude person we asked over the phone about room service. So the staff, in general was the highlight.
The not so good. The bathroom, specifically the toilet, has no privacy. There is no door, only a curtain. And the stall is made of glass with an opening at the top in case you wanted to hear and smell what goes on in there.
The room was small. Room service does not start until 5pm (I thought this was wild in a luxury hotel). And the gym area is really small and long. So if 1 or 2 people are in there, it's ok, but after that it feels really crowded and claustrophobic.
Also the windows are not thick, we could hear lots of street noise and revving of engines all night.
Again, the location to see things and staff were lovely, also the nespresso in the room was also a nice touch, but for an expensive hotel, it really missed the mark with respect to privacy, comfort, and relaxation.
