Welcome to Creek-Side camping! Why stay in a typical hotel room when you can have your very own Forest River Sandpiper fifth wheel along with the magnificent sound of a Smoky Mountain stream? Located in the heart of Outdoor Resort at Gatlinburg, a gated camping community just minutes from Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountain Attractions, awaits your next mountain adventure. The resort has 2 pools, game room with a pool table and multiple arcade games, miniature golf, shuffleboard, children’s playground, picnic areas, basketball court, horseshoes, & stocked fishing pond.

The camper is one bedroom with a queen bed and a RV size sofa sleeper so it’s perfect for a couple, anniversaries, honeymoons, or a small family.

Enjoy all the major attractions that Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and the Smoky Mountain has to offer! From horseback riding, hiking trails and waterfalls, Zip-lining, shopping, arts and crafts, meeting local artists, dinner/show or a fun day at Dollywood/Splash Country… there’s something for everyone!

After a long day of adventures, come home and relax. Enjoy the fire-pit overlooking the stream and listening to the beautiful sounds of nature. Don’t forget to roast up a few good old fashion s’mores too! Then when you’re ready to come inside and unwind, feel the comfort of the open concept living room/kitchen/dining area! The living room features a flat screen TV to enjoy your favorite shows. The chef in you will surely appreciate the fully stocked kitchen for all your romantic dinners or BBQ on the outdoor grill! The master bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bed and TV. Next to the bedroom is the full bathroom with a shower.

You can also simply enjoy all the amenities in the campground. Relax at the swimming pool or play a few arcade games or rounds of pool. Don’t miss out on the miniature golf course and battle it out to see who has to do the dishes. Also, bring your fishing pool along for the ride and walk to the pond to catch some fish! (Catch and release)

We do have WiFi, however around Gatlinburg and the Smoky mountains, a good WiFi connection is not always guaranteed. Relax soak in that much needed quality time with your loved ones. Besides, isn’t that what vacation is all about? Creek-side is a simple yet cozy camper to relax and enjoy the basics of life. Just a moment to awe... enjoy tranquility and the beautiful sounds of nature. If you're searching to step back in hope to find a quiet, private, romantic, or relaxing place in a beautiful Smoky Mountain setting, then Oh Creek-side treat is just for you!

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
25+ years of age (strictly enforced)
Provide the names and ages of all folks staying at the camper.

SMOKING POLICY: Absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed. If you smoke or vape inside the camper you will be told to leave immediately with no refund and charged a $500 fee to have the camper professionally cleaned to remove the smoke smell.

NO PETS POLICY: Absolutely no pets allowed. If a pet is discovered you will be told to leave immediately with no refund.

100% refund if cancelled at least 30 days before arrival date. ABSOLUTELY NO MONETARY REFUND FOR ANY REASON! This includes adverse weather conditions, acts of God, mechanical failures at the cabin or the resort, any health/personal reasons, any events outside of our control such as disease or government actions, no shows or shortened stays. We strongly advise that you purchase a cancellation/travel insurance for your peace of mind. This is the best way to protect your investments as we DO NOT offer refunds with less than 30 days notice. For a fraction of the cost Travel insurance is available for your purchase during your booking process.

This was a great place for a short family trip. The site is lovely with the creek behind it, and my son had a great time watching a family of groundhogs climbing in and out of their burrow across the way. It was a perfect combination of camping and comfort!

Gatlinburg Glamping

Our stay was great. The park was nice, access & check-in were easy, and the camper was really nice. Everything was exactly like the posting, and the beds were very comfortable. Location was great for visiting Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood and Cades Cove. Awesome vacation!

Fantastic place to stay for a couple!

We arrived Christmas Day and even though it was winter it was still a great place to stay! Everything was wonderful and the host took great care of us. The only thing that we struggled with was finding it in the Park but once we figured out the lot numbers were on the ground we found it.

Amazing Area

This rental went above and beyond what we expected. Everything was supplied from wood for the outside fire pit and charcoal for the grill, to soaps and all other needed supplies inside. When the weather got cold, the owner contacted us right away to warn us and tell us how to handle that situation to be sure the water wouldn’t freeze. We were beyond happy with our stay.

Fall getaway

Location is about 20 minutes from downtown. Which is what we wanted. It's a quiet RV community. The camper had everything we needed. Our stay was relaxing. The only thing is you are packed a little tight next to neighbors. Though we didn't see anyone. Host was super helpful and prompt. We will be back for our next trip! Thank you

Excellent Setup

Plenty of outside seating and all the comforts of home inside. Firepit and charcoal grill, outdoor dinette as well as other comfortable seating; all right beside a running stream add to the outdoor ambience. Camper is roomy guest friendly.

Perfect getaway

The location of the campground to Gatlinburg is just a short drive. The park is quiet and family friendly. The listing photos were exactly accurate. Checking in and out was a breeze. The camper was spotless and had everything we needed. We enjoyed late nights and early mornings in the rocking chairs by the creek. 10/10 would recommend! We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed 4 nights and loved it. Sat by the creek every morning and evening. Close to Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. Everyone near was super nice and outgoing. We are planning on staying again. It was a great choice

Perfect Solution

Property was great everything we needed fire pit / creek side awesome / Outdoor seating relaxing / great location to Gatlinburg turn right before entering heavy congestion / Couple of Negatives: No Shower water pressure to low you have to walk to shower house for shower Sheets for the pullout beds there were none we used blankets top and bottom No heat on furnace we used fire place which kept the front room warm No WIFI which is not a bad thing just need to know

Good trip

This is the second unit that we have stayed at at this location. The same people on it and we enjoyed both places. I wish the water pressure in this camper was a little better however it is not a deal-breaker. It has all the modern conveniences just as described in the ad. Will be back the 1st of next year.

Great place to stay.

The camper was clean and well prepped for our stay. We had one problem but the hosts came right away and the problem was solved with no inconvenience to us. That was the best response we have ever had from a VRBO rental. Hosts were also very friendly and nice. They made us feel like we were old friends. The creek behind was beautiful and very relaxing to just sit and listen to the water. We highly recommend this property especially if you like camping or want to try it for the first time. I could go on and on about the great amenities of this property.

Awesome stay!

I had an absolutely fantastic RV stay in Gatlinburg! The location couldn't have been better – nestled in the heart of the Smoky Mountains with breathtaking views all around. The RV site was spacious and well-maintained, providing all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the RV park and the friendliness of our surrounding neighbors truly made our stay in Gatlinburg exceptional. The grounds were immaculate, and it was evident that the management prioritized a clean and inviting environment. Our neighbors were warm and welcoming, always ready with a friendly wave or a helpful tip about the area. Their camaraderie added a sense of community to our stay, making us feel like we had found a home away from home amidst the natural beauty of the Smoky Mountains. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the stunning natural beauty surrounding us. We enjoyed hiking trails, wildlife spotting, and cozy evenings by the campfire. Gatlinburg itself offered a charming and lively atmosphere with plenty of shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Overall, our RV stay in Gatlinburg was a memorable adventure filled with relaxation, adventure, and natural beauty. I can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories in this picturesque mountain paradise!
