"I have a problem with Expedia, not the Hotel. I cannot download the newest version of Expedia software to obtain my FULL itinerary as my iPad is an older version of IOS. I cannot contact Expedia Customer Service for same reason. Strange that I can make a booking, get a confirmation, but nothing beyond. Kindly respond to sweeneydonna@rogers.com. "

"The location was absolutely fantastic as it was close to the Acropolis and close to many, many, really good restaurants and shopping. Breakfast they served was second to none and the facilities were five star. From the welcoming drink to the very friendly hospitality, they created a top notch experience. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"We had a one night stay after a cruise. Dropped our luggage at 9 AM and spent the day sightseeing around Piraeus. Staff at the hotel was helpful and friendly, it was a great restaurant on site and the breakfast in the morning is OK. Room was nice and clean. There is a rooftop pool and some sun beds. Pool is clean, but kept cool as it is very hot in Athens the summer months. Overall, I was happy with the brand of the hotel and would stay at their locations in the future."

"Property is “grand”. Location is not tourist friendly. We needed to call down for a few customer service issues and each time staff never picked up. Pool area,( rooftop) needs to provide more shade! Umbrellas perhaps? "

"The only problem with this hotel is we only stayed one night waiting for a cruise. The hotel arranged transportation from the airport that is crazy. We were delayed and they followed up to make sure we were ok. The view from the roof at night is spectacular. We enjoyed a late dinner and made to order breakfast included. The front desk even made me a cappuccino after we checked out and we were waiting for a taxi. If you want personal service when away and a quiet hotel less than 5 minutes from...

"About a 6-minute walk to the Acropolis Museum and the Acropolis entrance. About a 20-minute walk to Monastiraki square through Plaka, so quiet, a nice walk. Not very flexible with early/late check-in/out. There was a dead cockroach lying on the stairs from the start of our stay till the end... no one cleaned it up. That did put me off, but the room was clean and the water pressure in the shower was nice."
