"Das Hotel war schön und hatte eine gute Lage. Allerdings war es an manchen Stellen nicht so sauber. Die Badezimmertür war aus Milchglas und man sah halt dass sie schon länger nicht geputzt war. Auch die Nachtische waren nicht geputzt, da waren klebrige Flecken drauf."

"Room looked very nice however smelt damp . We had to contact reception to change our room as the smell was awful . Staff were nice and helpful . Parking is not reasonable as everytime we arrive and leave the premises must pay £15 . Water bottle costed me £9.50 in hotel room , very expensive. Location is very good as located in the Wembley outlet . Overall would rate 4stars."

"Stayed here for a couple of nights of concerts at Wembley Arena, great and convenient location with lots around. However, our trip started bad before it even started, having had a message from the property stating they couldn’t find our booking on their system. We called 4-5 different numbers, some not even connecting, until we eventually got through to a person who did not want to help us, and told us to call back in 10 minutes to speak to someone else. "The room was disgusting walls were covered in dirt, toilet handle was hanging out, beds were diabolical and there was no heating. I can say definitely 1 of the worse hotels ive actually stayed in. The only pro was the staff were amazing, very kind and friendly and tried to help where they could but shouldnt be like that. Also advertised they had a restaurant but that wasnt open. "The heat in the room was intolerable even with a fan that was given. The AC clearly was not functioning and the room was at 29 degrees! When the staff was asked about this the only response I had was that the system is in the winter setting so heat is generated. A bit disappointed considering we have stayed previously. Most likely will never rebook again and go for other alternatives where the staff are more helpful and where the AC actually works! "
