"We loved our stay here, it's a beautiful boutique hotel with sea views, extremely comfortable and quiet, a short walk from all the action and the seafront. Absolutely recommend and will stay here again, the staff were friendly, warm and accommodating"

"A lovely little place. Easy to access and close to the water. The only thing that was inconvenient was the parking. The suggested parking is a bit of a walk especially when you’re carrying luggage. I would recommend to drop the bags off first before parking or organise the parking permit. Other than that, it was a lovely stay. "

"I liked: The decor, Hospitality, Location, Sea view room, Terrace, Humorous touches, relaxed vibe. I didn't like so much, the broken lift, 4 flights of stairs, unclean windows, It not being made clear enough that I was required to book Sunday lunch. Overall excellent stay will come again.Thanks"

"A lovely and safe property, exactly as described. It was comfortable and well presented. It was extremely clean and nicely situated and the hosts were lovely and very responsive. I'd highly recommend this property and it's high quality provision and location as great value for money. "

"Very comfortable stay. Unfortunately our sleep was ruined by a very noisy lady who was arguing, shouting and banging doors for most of the night. She was obviously arguing with the people she was with. Sadly as we are a mature couple it disturbed our sleep considerably."

"Lovely location on the seafront. Trying to find the car park was tricky. Great size bedroom and fantastic views of the sea. Clean bathroom. Generous shower. Comfortable bed. "

"It was a sweet little room, with small balcony to front over looking some greenery. Bed was soft, plenty of sockets and WiFi and lighting. Wasn’t much noise when we stayed so slept well. The only issue was the smell coming from the en-suite which wasn’t very nice for the price that was charged . Was close to shops and Brighton centre where we were watching a comedy show."

"This property is conveniently located in Kemptown, with an easy walk down to the Bright seafront. There is a shop just across the street and a pub and a few restaurants very close by. Parking instructions issued by the owner were clear and easy to follow, I found street parking a 2 minute walk away which was around 7GBP per day - I didn't move the car while we were there (3 days).
