"The room was great for our party of 4. The pull out couch seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned so they must not pull it out at every clean but we had a set of sheets and pillow in the closet to use. The shower head was terrible, you had about 6 streams of low pressure water coming out. The pool was good for the kids. I really liked how close the stores and restaurants were."

"I had an issue with this hotel in the past where we asked for a late check-out to which we were granted, but the manager took it upon himself to then enter our room when I walked a load out... just as my wife was getting out of the shower. It was a whole big ordeal where I almost got the police involved and after this stay, I almost wish I had. It's been a few years since we've been to this location and it's under new management but I'll be damned if the same thing didn't happen this morning!...

"We stayed there for four nights. The beds were decently clean, yet the room has a stale smell, the bathroom fan was giving a weed smell for the first night. The staff was friendly and helpful. My recommendation for the management to add more towel drying racks in the bathroom and by the sink; replace stained and dirty mesh office chairs with a smooth surfaced chairs that will be easily to maintain in clean condition; and run the air conditioner on "dry" setting prior the guest's arrival. "The continental breakfast is amazing! The staff are all very helpful and kind. We had a king suite and those rooms were pretty nice, not everything was wiped down from housekeeping, but nothing crazy. Very comfortable. The TV and remote are very outdated though it was hard to function. I would definitely stay here again"

"Gary was very nice and helpful! I recommend contacting him for shuttle to and from the airport though since Google maps doesn't know how to find the house yet. I recommend coming here if you plan to stay for around a week since the sights are so pretty. My only critique is that I wish the bathtub was prepped for use but he wasn't expecting me to want to use it since we've entered the warmer season."
