"The location is very close to beaches, restaurants and shops. Park your car and you won't need it for the remainder of your trip. All of the necessities are provided but you won't find extras like beach towels, chairs, etc but for the price and location it is a great value."

"We brought our 14 year old granddaughter here. She wanted to learn to surf, learn some history and zip line. We did all plus more. We all love the ocean and walked piut our door, crossed the street and there it was. Great location. Everythng was clean and very nice. We had what we needed in the kitchen and plenty of towels and great beds. Hostesses was great and got back to us very quickly on questions we had. Great way to.experience Charleston and Folly Beach. "

"This was the perfect house for us; myself, my 3 adult children and a couple of fiancées. Plenty of room for everyone. Love the porch and outdoor shower. A 2 minute walk to the beach. Jimmy was very responsive and communication was easy. Really like that good beach chairs were provided. House was clean and everything worked. No issues. Highly recommend for an enjoyable Folly Beach vacation. "

"Perfect for a family of four, very clean. Walkable to playground. Great modern beach house. Very small but has everything you need. Shower room was very popular with our children, barn door to bathroom may not be ideal for everyone. We stay at Folly several times a year and this is a place we would stay again. "

"This house has absolutely everything you could need for a short getaway to fun folly beach. It's well equipped with top appliances. It was impeccably clean and the furniture was cozy and comfortable. Sitting outside in the shade of the beautiful trees was a dream. And the best part of this house was the location. We are a young couple, and took a couple days to refresh away from the kids and really treasured being able to walk to every bar and restaurant to soak in the vibe of Folly. At night...

"Had a great girls vacation in this great location. Apartment was clean and well supplied. Had beach towel and chairs. First time at Folly Beach. This apartment was in the heart of everything. Enjoyable few minutes walk to beach. Near coffee and ice cream shop. Flew into Charleston. Made an uber stop to Walmart in st James island to pick up few days of groceries. Would definitely stay again."

"It was clean, had an amazing view and close to Folly Beach and close to Charleston, SC. We were told about the stairs to get to the condo but it is a workout after a day of walking. Still would recommend this cute condo."

"We stayed here with two families, 4 adults and 5 kids. The kids were between the ages of 10-16 and we all had plenty of room. The upstairs patio with a grill and hot tub was a big hit! The beds were all very comfortable and we had plenty of room for the two families. We really enjoyed the pool and lazy river as well and was only a short walk from the room. The beach is a little of a walk, but enjoyable, and we loved being able to set up right in front of the Island bar and volleyball court on...
