Perfect for groups of up to 6 guests, this tranquil retreat features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, sunroom with A/C in the rear, large front porch, outdoor shower and a masterfully designed kitchen and living space.

📍 Conveniently located at the heart of Folly Island, our spot offers easy beach and downtown access – just a leisurely five-minute stroll away to a myriad of restaurants, cafes, and bars.

🛌 The first bedroom welcomes you with a plush queen-sized bed, a cozy couch, Smart TV, and a convenient kitchenette equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, sink, and coffee maker. The adjacent spacious bathroom features a large single vanity and a luxurious walk-in shower for a refreshing start or end to your day.

🛌 In the second bedroom, sink into the embrace of a sumptuous king-sized bed, complemented by a Smart TV and a versatile twin daybed with a pull-out trundle bed for flexible sleeping arrangements. This bedroom also features its own well-appointed bathroom, mirroring the comfort and style of the first, complete with a large single vanity and an expansive walk-in shower.

If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and/or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.

Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest.

This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Folly's Ordinance rules.

10+ Day Stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at host's discretion

Alteration Policy: Any change of dates or cancellation of any nights of the original reservation will not be approved within 60 days or arrival.

Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting.

We kindly ask you to utilize the washer and dryer if available in the unit to freshen linens. Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

Beautiful, Spacious, and Welcoming

We booked this property for our son’s graduation, and it was absolutely AMAZING! We had planned a small graduation gathering with family and friends, and this place couldn't have been more perfect. We checked in with the owner beforehand, and they were incredibly accommodating and approved our plans without hesitation.Parking was something we were initially unsure about, but there was more than enough space—at least 12 vehicles fit comfortably. The house itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. There was plenty of seating both indoors and outside, and the kitchen was fully stocked, which made hosting a breeze.When we arrived, the owner was out working in the yard and greeted us with genuine warmth. On checkout day, it was pouring rain, and he graciously offered us extra time to finish loading our cars, which we really appreciated.The property and host exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s also just a short walk to the beach and Center Street, making it a perfect location for both relaxation and convenience. We were all blown away and would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful property

Rental was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. We were welcomed by the property manager, given the key and instructions (not many) for the stay. It was quiet, even though we were not far from the main road into Folly Beach. We hope to stay there again!

I truly believe this VRBO made our trip to Folly Beach and Charleston very special. The space was clean and had a strong character through the modern renovations and details of the furniture. We never needed anything as the host ensures you have plenty of toiletries and household needs. The vrbo is walking distance to all your needs on center street. Mixed Review

The listing is not as accurate as it should be. The house is shared with a tenant/owner. The check in instructions were inaccurate and I ended up in the owners side of the house as there are multiple doors. It took multiple emails and two calls to get the property manager on the phone to tell me the new way of accessing the unit. The gravel ramp shown in the picture is one of two ramps. There is a steeper wood ramp after the gravel ramp. Luckily I am in decent shape but lugging bags and luggage was not easy. Walking down that gravel path in the dark is a bit scary even though there are some lights. The separation between the suite and the other tenant is a ply board with hook latch. The other tenant was not loud but you can definitely hear him, the tv and cooking in the kitchen. That said, the unit was adorably decorated. However to exit the suite, you have to walk through the other bedroom. Great location. Close to strip with restaurants and beach.
