Seaside Villas II, Oceanfront Condo

Come relax in this wonderfully updated 3 bed/3 bath oceanfront condo! Unobstructed views of the ocean and the Folly Pier await from a very large back deck that is ready for some outdoor grilling or just simply relaxing in the beautiful peace and quiet! The open floor plan provides great ocean views from the main living area and master suite. The master suite has an ensuite master bath (with Jacuzzi and separate shower) and a walk-in closet. All three bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. Tiger hardwood flooring throughout, Quartz kitchen countertops with ceramic tile backsplash in the fully stocked kitchen with brand new top of the line appliances including Bosch dishwasher and Samsung Double-oven range. Just a short stroll to Center St for shops and restaurants and close enough to the Pier to enjoy the outdoor live music from the privacy of your back porch. An easy walk up one flight of stairs or a short elevator ride will give you a perfect view of the activity and beauty of the beach! Take a bike ride on the beach with the bikes provided or just sit and enjoy the waves in the beach chairs. Two private parking spaces are included. You will not want to leave this beautifully comfortable condo or the wonderful surroundings of Folly Beach!

Really great condo and the pictures online don’t do it justice! Right on the beach with a beautiful balcony. Well stocked and had everything you can think of. Would definitely stay here again and the owner was great!

Everything was as presented on VRBO. Beautiful view of beach and sunrises. We did not cook there but full kitchen had everything you needed. Location was perfect to walk to dining and pier. Easy drive into Charleston also. Loved it!

Wonderful stay! Great place, with beautiful ocean view. Condo is well stocked for cooking and nice assortment of drinks and snacks were provided, along with comfy beds and nice furnishings. Owners are quick to communicate and very accommodating. Will definitely return!

Property was more than expected. Clean, great view of the beach, we had an initial issue with the AC in the unit contacted Carla the owner and a service tech was there very quickly. Nothing but a positive experience wish we could have spent more time there.

The condo was very nice with a great view. The only issues were buffering in the tv several times and the one bedroom could not connect at all many times. The porch gave a comfortable place to sit and enjoy the view but internet connectivity was poor out there. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay in the condo. There was so many things to see and do, including a plantation, Fort Sumter, the USS Yorktown and a buggy tour of Charleston. We definitely would recommend this VRBO for anyone who enjoys the ocean.

We really enjoyed our stay. The partition between ours and the adjacent porch would be better if it went to the ceiling. We could hear the neighbors every word. We noticed a minor leak from the dishwasher.

Need detailed instruction on operating TVs. After your son-in-law left, we were able to use living room TV with our personal Utube access. Master bedroom TV did not work properly all week (no cable connection?)Sliding glass door in living room difficult to open and closeTowel bar in queen bedroom was under sink with hole in wall where it should have beenDishwasher leaks slightly at beginning of cycle. Seemed OK for rest of cycleThis all being said, we love the unit as evidenced by rebooking next year. Great location and beautiful view. One suggestion-a Keurig would be welcome addition. great location and view - close to everything especially the beach. Property was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed. A very nice kitchen and W/D. Could use some TLC - clear water damage on walls and black mold on master bath ceiling/fan. There are also light bulbs out and most importantly, no battery in the smoke detector which was a bit alarming. A new coat of paint wouldn't hurt either. Biggest challenge was no hot water for our post beach shower - guest bath was being used at the same time as in the master and no hot water. Guest claimed only 1/2 the time was there any during their shower. Fortunately it was so HOT that day that it was not brutally uncomfortable to experience a cold shower. Since we were only there for one night, we did not bring this up to the owner who was otherwise accommodating and responsive.

The place was great and perfectly located! convenient walk to the “downtown” area, right on the beach, and a quick drive into charleston. The host was super responsive. When we arrived, the elevator was out of commission. My parents are bit older, so it was really nice that she had someone out the next day to fix it!

Great condo and location

The condo is really nice and well kept. It's right next to the beach, and you have a really good view of the ocean. It's also very close to lots of places to eat within easy walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay in the same place again.
